Hybridization properties and nuclease resistance of oligo(2′-O-tetrahydropyranylribonucleotides)

Oligo(2′-O-tetrahydropyranylribonucleotides) and their analogues containing a 3′-3′-internucleotide bond at the 3′-terminus are nuclease-resistant and possess rather high affinity toward RNA, the main target in the antisense approach.
