By analyzing performance management system construction of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the establishing method of hospital performance management system was investigated, therefore to realize harmonious, sustainable and good operation and development of the hospital,promote hospital management and improve hospital management efficacy.
