Ultraviolet curing coating and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to ultraviolet curing coating and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the ultraviolet curing coating comprises the following steps: enabling diisocyanate and dyhydroxyl silicone oil to react to obtain first reaction liquid; adding dyhydroxy carboxylic acid and a catalyst into the first reaction liquid to obtain second reaction liquid, and adding a chain extender into the second reaction liquid to obtain third reaction liquid; adding an alkene end-capping reagent and a polymerization inhibitor into the third reaction liquid to react to obtain fourth reaction liquid, and neutralizing the fourth reaction liquid by using triethylamine to obtain a urethane acrylate prepolymer; adding deionized water into the urethane acrylate prepolymer to prepare an urethane acrylate dispersoid, mixing the urethane acrylate dispersoid, a filler, a photoinitiator, a flatting agent and a defoaming agent, stirring, and dispersing to obtain the ultraviolet curing coating. The ultraviolet curing coating prepared by the method has relatively high hardness.
