Safe shutdown apparatus and system

The invention provides a safe shutdown apparatus and system, and relates to the field of electromechanical management. The objective of the invention is to solve the problem of poor stability of operation of a protection circuit in the prior art. The apparatus comprises a clamping frame, clamping members, a relay and a relay board, wherein, the clamping frame is connected with a controlled system and used for acquiring two or more safety detection signals of the controlled system and sending the safety detection signals to clamping members, the clamping members are connected with the clamping frame and comprise input terminals, processors and output terminals, the input terminals are connected with the clamping frame and used for receiving the safety detection signals, the processors are used for carrying out logical operation on the safety detection signals to obtain logical operation result signals, the output terminals are used for sending the logical operation result signals to the relay board, and the relay is installed on the relay board and used for receiving the logical operation result signals through the relay board and generating a safe shutdown signal for shutting down a safety valve of the controlled system according to the logical operation result signals.
