System and method for dynamic configuration of isn store-based overlay network

A system for dynamically configuring an intelligent service networking (ISN) store-based overlay network comprises: an ISN store which registers and manages information on network OT resources for providing overlay network-based services existing on a network; a dynamic configuration of an overlay network (DCON) device which receives network OT resource information required for providing an overlay network-based service from the ISN store, according to a request by a service provider who provides the overlay network-based service or a service user who uses the overlay network-based service, and dynamically configures an overlay network for providing the requested service through the use of the received network OT resource information; and a network OT resource provider which provides the network OT resources for providing the overlay network-based services existing on the network.
