COMPUTATIONAL SOLUTION OF COUPLED POISSON-SCHRODINGER EQUATIONS IN SEMICONDUCTOR FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTOR NANOSTRUCTURE

Semiconductor field-effect transistor nanostructure has cylindrical shape and consists of several layers AlGaAs/InGaAs/GaAs hetero-structures. In this work, we have derived its electronic properties using a computational method for solving the coupled Poisson-Schrodinger equations in two dimensions and obtained the distribution potential energy and confinement electrons wave functions for this nano-device.
