Aminopeptidase N (CD13) Modified Gold Films for the Affinity Quantitative Detection of CNGRC-coupled Derivative

This article proposes a fiber optic SPR sensor system for quantitative detection of APN-targeting ligand CNGRC-coupled derivative, and obtained a lower limit of detection determined to be 0.22 fg/ml.
