Epidermoid Cyst of the Skull Causing Displacement of Brain

1969
An epidermoid cyst of the calvarium is usually an incidental roentgenographic finding. Only rarely does this lesion become large enough to cause sufficient deformity to require surgical removal. Two cases presented show marked brain displacement and orbital erosion. The first patient died of unrelated causes, and the second patient had successful surgical removal of the cyst.
