Character Segmentation Method in License Plate

The License Plates Recognition System has been an important way for traffic administration,Character Segmentation,as one of the factors which determine the rate of correct segment character is still an important problem.In this article ,the prior knowledge of license and the projection feature are used with projection curve of license to determine character segment ,and a very good result is got. Thus correct character recognition is ensured.
