Thixotropic slurry anti-drag material for pipe jacking and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a thixotropic slurry anti-drag material for pipe jacking and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of pipe jacking construction. The thixotropic slurry anti-drag material for pipe jacking is prepared by uniformly mixing and stirring bentonite, additives and water, wherein the bentonite is sodium bentonite; the additives are sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and sodium carbonate; and the thixotropic slurry anti-drag material for pipe jacking comprises sodium bentonite, water, CMC and soda ash in a mass ratio of 1:10:(0.01-0.02, 0.04):(0.03-0.04). The invention is characterized in proportioning of the thixotropic slurry; no research in the proportioning of the thixotropic slurry has been done in China at present, and the proportioning in construction is completely determined by experience and is not supported by test data; and the test engineering practice prove that the invention can greatly reduce the jacking resistance, and has positive meanings for the development of pipe jacking engineering.
