Human Resource Systems and Organizational Performance: A Multilevel Model

The linkages between human resource (HR) system and organizational performance is still an unanswered question. From the perceptive which argues that employees perceived HR system plays a vital role in explaining this relationship. A multilevel model links among human resource system; organizational climate and organizational performance is proposed.
