НАНОСТРУКТУРИ GaSe З МАГНІТОВПОРЯДКОВАНИМИ «ГОСТЬОВИМИ» КОНФІГУРАЦІЯМИ В ТЕМПЕРАТУРНОМУ ТА ЕЛЕКТРОМАГНІТНОМУ ПОЛЯХ

Synthesized in magnetic field structures shows the Coulomb blockade of electric current at room temperature. The temperature dependence of polarization characteristic and behaviour of synthesized structures in external electromagnetic field were investigated. Obtained GaSe structures are very interesting for practical application since parameters of these structures could be controlled by magnetic field.
