Advances in treatment of brain glioma

Glioma is the most common primary intracranial tumor. Radical surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the basic treatment method of glioma, but because of its easy recurrence and high mortality, the treatment effects are not optimistic. With the continuous research and understanding of glioma in recent years, gene therapy, immunotherapy, molecular targeted therapy and other therapies are put forward.
