Identification of Pterocarpus santalinus Wood by Determination of Volatile Compounds

Volatile compounds of Pterocarpus santalinus wood were determined by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and qualitative analysis for identification of the wood.Samples were detected and their volatile compounds were compared with characteristics types and contents.Results showed that there are some same volatile compounds from different wood,but their characteristic contents had great difference.
