[Splenoplasmosorption using a xeno-spleen in the treatment of pyo-septic complications in heart surgery patients].

: Twenty-two tests on perfusion of xenospleen and its sections with different transfusion media as well as clinical experience on 50 cases of extracorporeal perfusion of xenospleen and its sections with autoplasma of surgical and cardiosurgical patients have shown that it was possible to minimize depositing and loss of formed blood elements and microcirculation disturbances as well as to prolong the time of xenoorgan active functioning. Positive result has been obtained in all the cases when xenospleen splenoplasmosorption was used in surgical and cardiosurgical patients with pyoseptic complications.
