Обґрунтування розмірів зони спостереження АЕС

Preconditions necessary for calculation of the observation area are analyzed. It is shown that guidance should be developed for such calculations. Based on general tendencies in the spread of radioactive releases in the environment, an approach is proposed to justifying the size of the observation area in compliance with Ukrainian regulations such as "Requirements for Determining the Size and Boundaries of the NPP Observation Area” (NP 306.2.173-2011) and “General Safety Provisions for Nuclear Power Plants” (NP 306.2.141 2008).
