Smartwatch Innovation: Exploring a Watch-First Model

Although current smartwatches are limited in various ways, it is likely the capabilities will continue to evolve and grow with associated technical improvements over time. However, with all of the technical capabilities of smartwatches, it is still not clear what user-centered need a smartwatch might fulfill.
