Circuit for controlling steering of alternating-current motor based on direct-current contactor

2015
The invention discloses a circuit for controlling steering of an alternating-current motor based on a direct-current contactor. The circuit is designed based on the fact that the normally closed contact of a direct-current contactor is open, the normally open contact is closed and the main contact is closed after the coil of the direct-current contactor is electrified, and a three-phase motor is made to rotate forwardly or reversely by closing or opening the main contact of the direct-current contactor. After a normally closed contact top button SBP is pressed, the contact is restored, and the motor is powered off. Meanwhile, in order to avoid circuit change caused by mistaken pressing of a normally open control button SB2 or a normally open control button SB1, the normally closed contact of a direct-current contactor is connected in series to a forward circuit or a reverse circuit based on the fact that the normally closed contact of the direct-current contactor is open, so as to protect the circuit.
