Нарушения периферического кровообращения при патологии грудного отдела позвоночника в зрелом и пожилом возрасте

The comparative analysis of oximetry and capillaroscopy findings in 134 elderly and middle-aged patients suffering from thoracic spine abnormalities with pain syndrome is carried out. It is found that the peripheral vasospasm, decrease in functional resources of microcirculatory bloodstream and local ischemia of the fingers develop due to the spinal-vascular inhibitory reflex. The degree of peripheral circulatory disturbance depends on the pain intensity. The peripheral circulatory disturbance is more pronounced in elderly patients than in the middle-aged ones.
