β-1,3-Glucanase Activity from Biocontrol Trichoderma Strains

Method of reductive sugar was adopted to carry out the determination of β-1,3-glucanase activity of biocontrol Trichoderma strains No.2 and No.4 at different fermentation times and preliminarily studied the properties of β-1,3-glucanase they produced.The result indicated that the change tendency of β-1,3-glucanase activity of the identical strain was approximately the same at the different fermentation time.And the β-1,3-glucanase activity reached the highest at 72 hours of culture.At same fermentation time,the β-1,3-glucanase activity of the strain No.2 was higher than that of the strain No.4.
