The invention discloses an underwater dry grouting component for offshore wind power and an implementation method thereof. The underwater dry grouting component comprises foundation piles (11) vertically arranged, tubular supports (12) and rubber water sealing rings (13), wherein the upper portions of the foundation piles (11) are sleeved with the tubular supports (12) in a welded mode, and the rubber water sealing rings (13) are arranged at the bottoms of the tubular supports (12). The invention further discloses the implementation method of the underwater dry grouting component for the offshore wind power. The tubular supports (12) are arranged at the upper portions of the foundation piles (11), corresponding sealing measures are taken, seal cavity isolated from the external water environment is formed between the foundation piles (11) and supporting legs (16) of an offshore wind turbine foundation truss structure (15), and underwater dry grouting is achieved after all water is pumped out. The underwater grouting construction of the foundation piles (11) and the offshore wind turbine foundation truss structure (15) can avoided, and the grouting connection quality between the foundation piles (11) and the offshore wind turbine foundation truss structure (15) is improved. Detection is facilitated, quality flaws can be remedied, and the underwater dry grouting component has wide application prospects in the offshore wind power engineering.
