STUDY ON THE PEARLESCENT ALL-POLYESTER POWDER COATINGS

A pearlescent effect all-polyester powder coatings has been developed by the dry mix of pearlescent pigments and powders,which is featured by the decorative effect from pearlescent pigments as well as the excellent performance from the all-polyester powder coatings. The color development of various pearlescent pigment in powder coatings,and the amount and production of pearlescent pigment were discussed. The technical specifications of golden all-polyester powder coatings and films were listed.
