This study analyzed work-life balance affects the family tourism and tested The family tourism affects life satisfaction. All components of work-life balance affected the family tourism. Family tourism affected all components of life satisfaction. The result is providing the following implications. First, it is suggested that work-life balance was of important factors affecting family tourism. Second, all sub-components of work-life balance appeared to affect family tourism. Therefore, primarily corporate, government, and individual and family suggests that there is a need to have than a comprehensive and balanced approach more the perspective of the individual. Third, it is requested to forster the environment recognized the psychological balance based on the comparison criteria for the various elements of society. Fourth, the company"s executives will need to adopt a policy of Leisure-life and complies with labor laws. Fifth the changes of family policy and tourism policy such as the issuance of a family tourist discount tickets is required. Sixth, cooperation of the government. Tourism Association, and Hotel Association is a need to positively adopt such a family tour discounts, priority booking policy, family accommodation policy.
