Schisandra extract and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a schisandra extract. The weight content of total lignans is over 10 percent. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the schisandra extract, which comprises the following steps of: crushing dried schisandra into coarse powder of 10 to 60 meshes, extracting the coarse powder by adopting a subcritical extraction device under the pressure of between 0.2 and 3Mpa at the temperature of between 30 and 60 DEG C, introducing lower alkane into the extract, extracting the mixture for 3 to 5 times for 30 to 100 minutes every time, combining the extraction liquid, standing the combined extraction liquid, and then filtering the liquid to obtain the schisandra extract. The invention also discloses application of the schisandra extract or a composition containing theschisandra extract in preparing anti-stress medicaments and/or health-care products.
