Apparatus and method for processing image

PURPOSE: An image processing apparatus and an method thereof are provided to generate an omni-directional image without a calculation process according to a complex algorithm by controlling a location value of an image which a camera module obtains through a location sensor included in each camera module. CONSTITUTION: N location sensors (140) are equipped within each of camera modules (100,200,300) and detect a current location coordinate value of the camera module. An image processor (400) determines the inclined camera module through the current location coordinate value of the camera module detected by the location sensor. In case there is the inclined camera module, the image processor generates an omni-directional image by compensating the location value of the image which the camera module obtains.
