Оперативне оцінювання та візуалізація впливу скидів стічних та зворотних вод на стан водних ресурсів басейну великої річки

New method of prompt evaluation and visualization of discharged and return waters influence on state of water resources of big river basin is proposed. This method can be used in the first approximation during decision-making process of choosing priorities for financing measures for improving ecological situation on rivers of given basin. The method is based on expert assessment of the level of influence over the 3-point scale, the proposed algebra treatment of these points and using GIS technology to visualize the results of this evaluation. The method is successfully tested for the basin of the Southern Bug.
