The invention provides a composite phase-change heat sink based on a low-melting-point metal phase-change material and belongs to the technical field of heat management. The heat sink comprises a cavity, one or more than two partition plates, one or more than two paraffin phase-change materials and one or more than two low-melting-point metals, wherein the cavity is filled with the paraffin phase-change materials and the low-melting-point metals at intervals; the paraffin phase-change materials and the low-melting-point metals are separated by the partition plates. Through the composite phase-change heat sink based on the low-melting-point metal phase-change material, on the one hand, the disadvantages of low heat transfer in the paraffin phase-change materials and large device size can be improved, and the whole phase-change heat sink is more compact and efficient; and one the other hand, the disadvantages of high weight and high cost of the pure low-melting-point metal phase-change heat management technology can be improved, and the composite phase-change heat sink is applicable to heat management or temperature control of electronic devices, power batteries and aerospace components.
