Monitor for physical activity and exercise

The present disclosure relates to apparatus and processes for monitoring the properties of a physical activity (e.g., as a training), or inactivity of a user and user interfaces (z. B. an activity indicator) for indicating the same. In some examples, a device determined on the basis of a first set of criteria, whether the physical activity corresponds to a first type, and on the basis of a second set of criteria, whether the physical activity corresponds to a second type. In some examples, the device controls an inactivity timer which measures an inactivity of the user. In some examples, the device displays a first visual representation of a property or quantity of a first type of physical activity and a second visual representation of a property or amount of a second type. In some examples, the device displays a third visual representation of a property or amount of a third type type. In some examples, the third visual representation of inactivity of a user corresponds.
