The invention discloses a method for extracting aluminum oxide from fly ash on the basis of the soda-lime sintering process.The method comprises the following steps of pre-desiliconization, raw material proportioning, ball preparation through raw materials, shaft furnace calcination, clinker dissolution, separation and washing, desiliconization, carbonization precipitation and seed precipitation, filtration, calcination and metallurgical-grade aluminum oxide obtaining.The method for extracting aluminum oxide from the fly ash on the basis of the soda-lime sintering process has the advantages that by means of shaft furnace calcination, energy consumption is greatly reduced; by means of high temperature and high yield of a shaft furnace, calcination at high temperature and under large-scale working condition is easy to achieve, the calcination quality of a product is guaranteed, and the method is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
