Secondary grasslands and heathlands. Introduction

This is an introductory chapter to a series of recent case studies of ecological restoration of grasslands and heaths in the Czech Republic, including also general guidelines for restoration of degraded meadows and pastures and re-creation of grasslands on arable land.
