The invention discloses an anti-scarring method and an anti-scarring device for a discharge chute of a granulating machine, which belong to the technical field of chemical engineering and are applied to a granulation process of producing nitro phosphate from nitric acid and phosphorite serving as raw materials by a freezing method. Compressed air is periodically and quantitatively blown from a compressed air inlet on the bottom surface of the chute by using a compressed air scar blowing system arranged on the bottom surface of the chute and a heating jacket arranged at the bottom of the chute, so that the adhesion, the deposition and the scarring of a granulated material at the periphery of the chute are prevented, and the aim of timely and conveniently removing scar and stockpile is fulfilled. The method is simple and easy; and the adhesion and the stacking of the solid granulated material at the periphery of the chute can be effectively prevented by the arranged heating jacket and compressed air scar blowing system; the scarring and the stockpile at the periphery of the chute can be timely removed; continuous stable operation of production can be facilitated; the production capacity is improved; and meanwhile, the removal period of the discharge chute of the granulating machine is prolonged, and the labor intensity and the workload of workers are relieved.
