Radiation Temperature Measurement Method for Luminous Body Section Based on Machine Vision

A series of experiments and theoretical research about single wavelength and dual wavelength radiation body section temperature measurement model were carried out for on-line monitoring working state of pulverized coal combustion in blast furnace. The CCD shutter control model proposed in this paper had solved CCD current super-saturation problem during high temperature measurement and improved the dynamic temperature measurement range.The bi-color temperature measurement curve and error had realized temperature measurement and working state monitoring for ejected flame of combustion cingulum in the tuyere and raceway of the blast furnace.
