Rational Use of Railway Special Line

In the paper,it is started from several basic concepts of sharing railway special line.Based on fully recognizing the significances of sharing railway special line,and combined with present basic steps for it in the Railway Administration and Bao-shen Railway Company,some improvement measures to existing problems of it are put forward.
