Perfil clínico das pessoas com feridas atendidas pelo ambulatório de enfermagem em estomaterapia

Objective: To know the epidemiological profile of people with wounds treated by the Stomatherapy Nursing out patient clinic. Method: Documentary study with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through the analysis of 43 heal thre cords of patients treated at the clinic, from January to March 2019. The data collection instrument was adapted from the original service record, with questions related to epidemiological aspects and clinicians. The data were tabulated in Microsoft Excel 2013, analyzed in software R and organized in tables and graphs. The research followed the ethical principles of resolution 466/2012, having been approved by the Research Ethics Committee with opinion number 3,155,662. Results: There was a predominance of female participants (51.2%), aged between 20 and 59 years old (60.4%), single (62.8%), and 25.6% of the sample had completed high school. The majority had a monthly in come of one minimum wage (58.1%) and Crato was the predominant municipality of origin (39.5%). The predominant risk factor was sedentary life style, and Diabetes Mellitus was the most frequent comorbidity (14%). Carbohydrates and proteins were of ten consumed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Conclusion: It is important to develop and expand new studies of this nature, considering that knowledge of the profile of the individual affected by na injury can be anally for apractice with a preventive focus, and with individually targeted treatment.
