HPLC Determination of Amygdalin in Qianlieantong Capsules

Objective:To establish a method for determination of amygdalin in Qianlieantong Capsules.Method:Zorbax SB -C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used and the mobile phase was acetomitrile -0.1%phosphoric acid solution(8: 92).The wavelength of detector was 210 nm,the column temperature was 35℃.Results:A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of amygdalin in the range of 0.1606～3.212μg(r =0.9999).The average recovery(n = 6) was 98.41%(RSD = 1.01%).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Qianlieantong Capsules.
