One-component aqueous inorganic paint, it's manufacturing method and construction method using the same

A one-component aqueous inorganic paint is provided to emit far infrared rays and anions, have an antibacterial effect and good stain resistance, block cement poisons, purify air, save energy, and prevent firing and dew condensation. The one-component aqueous inorganic paint is prepared by the steps of: (1) mixing 25-35wt% of sericite with 15-25wt% of hydrated magnesium silicate homogeneously; (2) homogeneously mixing the mixture with 45-55wt% of a water-dispersible latex adhesive to be reacted while phasing up a stirring speed in the range of 450-900rpm; and (3) thereto adding 1-2wt% of an antifoaming agent to be homogeneously mixed when a reaction temperature of the mixture of the step (2) rises to 45-50‹C.
