Особенности эндоваскулярных вмешательств при многососудистых поражениях коронарного русла

In this study, which was conducted at the Department of Hospital Surgery, People''s Friendship University in central clinical hospital №2 were analyzed types of endovascular treatment of patients with multivascular coronary disease. It was found that the execution of complete and functionally adequate revascularization in patients with multivascular coronary disease is characterized by high efficiency and safety and has no significant benefit to each other in the late period of observation, however, incomplete revascularization is associated with a reduction in direct clinical success and increased frequency of cardiovascular complications in the long term.
