The invention discloses a drop-aeration self-driven biological rotating disc which comprises a shallow tank and a biological rotating disc, wherein the biological rotating disc is rotatably erected on the shallow tank; the shallow tank comprises a tank body and a waterproof baffle arranged at the upper part of the tank body; a water outlet weir is arranged on the right side of the tank body; a water outlet guidance baffle is arranged below the water outlet weir; a mud pipe is arranged at the bottom of the shallow tank; and the circumference of the biological rotating disc is divided into a plurality of water collection tanks at equal intervals by multiple separating trough plates. The biological rotating disc disclosed by the invention can be used for effectively solving a problem of poor drop-aeration effect, and realizing self-driven automatic aeration by virtue of improvement; a conventional operation mode of the biological rotating disc is changed; and the biological rotating disc not only can save energy but also can achieve a good aeration effect.
