Combined shear wall of steel pipe concrete columns and double steel plates
2010
A combined shear wall of steel pipe concrete columns and double steel plates belongs to the technical field of construction engineering and combination structure, and comprises two steel pipes, two steel plates, distribution steel bars, connecting keys, cotters and concrete. The connecting keys are vertically arranged at intervals on opposite sides of the two steel pipes, and two ends of the each of the transverse distribution steel bars are respectively connected with the corresponding connecting keys on the two steel pipes. The cotters are welded to the opposite surfaces of the two steel plates, two side ends of each steel plate are connected with the steel pipes, and the concrete is poured in the two steel pipes and a planar enclosed space enclosed by the two steel plates and the two steel pipes. The shear wall is capable of limiting the concrete from deforming, so that bearing capacity and tensility of the shear wall can be improved, and structural overall shock resistance can be enhanced. Furthermore, the combined shear wall with improved shock resistance is better in bearing capacity and beneficial to architectural spatial arrangement. Dead weight is reduced, formwork engineering is reduced, and the combined shear wall is suitable for high-rise buildings and super-high buildings.
