The invention discloses a method and a system for switching communication services and an address analyzing server, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the address analyzing server detects a communication service system which carries out route through the address analyzing server, and when a communication service of the communication service system is detected to be abnormal, the address analyzing server automatically modifies the route of the communication service system and switches the communication service system into a standby system of the communication service system. The invention can solve the problems of long cut over time, low efficiency and overmany switching links in the prior art, thereby reducing the cut over time, enhancing the switching efficiency and simplifying the switching links.
