ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ХРОНИЧЕСКОГО АДЕНОИДИТА С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ МОНОХРОМАТИЧЕСКОГО КОГЕРЕНТНОГО ИЗЛУЧЕНИЯ С ДЛИНОЙ ВОЛНЫ 635 НМ

The paper presents the results of a study of the effectiveness of complex therapy of chronic adenoiditis using monochromatic coherent radiation with a wavelength of 635 nm generated by the Mustang apparatus. Radiation parameters: 635 nm wavelength, output power 6–8 mW, endonasal, exposure time 60 s, dose radiation of 0.5 J / cm 2 , a course of 10 sessions. It was established that the use of monochromatic coherent radiation with a wavelength of 635 nm contributed to the normalization of factors of innate and adaptive peripheral immunity Blood Coy, landscape restoration lymphocyte receptor, reduced the degree of contamination of pathogenic microorganisms pharyngeal tonsils, reduced the number of exacerbations of chronic adenoiditis.
