由钛铁矿制备磁性Fe3O4/TiO2复合物及其在光催化降解有机污染物中的应用 Preparation of Magnetic Fe3O4/TiO2 Composites from Ilmenite and Its Application in Photocatalytic Degradation of Organic Pollutants

以钛铁矿为原料,分离获得二氧化钛和Fe单质,并采用水热法制备磁性Fe3O4/TiO2光催化材料。采用 XRD、SEM、IR、氮气物理吸附和紫外可见漫反射等手段表征了Fe3O4/TiO2复合物的结构,并考察其降解罗丹明B溶液的光催化性能。结果表明,磁性Fe3O4/TiO2光催化材料在紫外光和可见光条件下表现出较好的光催化性能,并表现出良好的稳定性。故该制备方法既能有效提高钛铁矿的利用率,也可获得利于回收利用的磁性光催化剂。 Ilmenite was used as source to prepare TiO2 and Fe, which were used to prepare magnetic Fe3O4/TiO2 photocatalysts via hydrothermal method. Fe3O4/TiO2 composites were characterized by XRD, SEM, IR, N2-physisorption and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra. The results indicate that the magnetic Fe3O4/TiO2 photocatalysts present a high photocatalytic activity and stability for degradation of RhB dye under UV-light and visible light. Therefore, the preparation method not only promotes the utilization of ilmenite, but also directly prepares magnetic and recyclable photocatalysts.
