Means and methods for treating hair with shape memory polymers

A method for hair treatment, wherein - a composition which contains at least one shape memory polymer, is applied to the hair, wherein the shape memory polymer a) at least one crosslinkable by physical interaction hard segment having a first transition temperature T b) at least having a soft segment with a second transition temperature T - before, simultaneously or subsequently the hair is brought into a specific (permanent) shape and - then the shape is fixed by physical crosslinking of the shape memory polymers.
