Reciprocator spraying system and control method

The invention relates to a reciprocator spraying system, comprising a detection system, a reciprocator system, a spray torch, a conveyer, a control system, an electrical proportional valve, a compressed air supply device, a paint pressure adjuster and a paint supply device. By using the detection system, the control system and the reciprocator, it is possible to automatically detect the model of a vehicle conveyed to a production line by the conveyer and control spraying according to preset spraying parameter s in the control system, automatic spraying is implemented, and vehicles different in model can be continuously sprayed nonstop on the same spraying line.
