Pattern Recognition of Significance of the Uioplacement of Parent Population Mean with J_C or J_B

Regarding the functional rules divergence J C or J B in pattern recognition as criteria the significance problem of the displacemet of parent population mean is handled and good result is obtained. The new method is the development of traditional ones. Some practical examples are presented here.
