Method for preparation of ABS resin by emulsion and bulk combined process

The invention relates to a method for preparation of ABS resin by an emulsion and bulk combined process. The process includes: adding a coagulant and a cationic surfactant into prepared butadiene graft latex, using an unsaturated monomer and a saturated solvent to extract the graft latex, then conducting centrifugation, extrusion, decantation or other methods to remove an aqueous phase separated after extraction, and finally letting the dewatered graft latex enter a continuous bulk device to undergo bulk polymerization, thus obtaining ABS resin. The process provided by the invention mainly solves the problems of difficult purchase, high price and the like in toughening rubber varieties used by the bulk method currently, the emulsion method is employed to provide the bulk method needed rubber, the production cost is lowered, and at the same time high impact ABS resin can be prepared.
