Lower line curve bearing rail beam structure for medium and low speed maglev traffic engineering

2014
The utility model discloses a lower line curve bearing rail beam structure for medium and low speed maglev traffic engineering. The lower line curve bearing rail beam structure comprises a bearing rail beam body, a sleeper pedestal fixed on the top of the bearing rail beam body, a track skeleton fixed on the top of the sleeper pedestal, a reinforced concrete bottom plate fixed on a horizontal roadbed surface and guide rails arranged on two sides of the bearing rail beam body; the top surface of the reinforced concrete bottom plate is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal surface; an included angle alpha 1 is formed between the top surface of the reinforced concrete bottom plate and the horizontal surface; the bottom surface of the bearing rail beam body is fixedly connected with the top surface of the reinforced concrete bottom plate; the axes of the bearing rail beam body, the sleeper pedestal and the track skeleton are perpendicular to the top surface of the reinforced concrete bottom plate; an included angle alpha is formed between the central line of the track skeleton and the central line of a line; the included angle alpha 1 is equal to the included angle alpha. The lower line curved bearing rail beam structure meets the installation requirements of contact rails of maglev vehicles, does not increase the building difficulty of a soil engineering foundation under a bearing rail beam and does not reduce the long-term stability.
