A case of renal arteriovenous fistula from one tumor of perivascular epithelioid cell tumor

本文报道1例肾脏血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤（PEComa），患者以典型肾动静脉瘘为首发表现，被诊断为肾动静脉瘘，通过2次肾动脉栓塞疗效不佳，最终行肾脏切除。病理证实为肾脏PEComa恶性。本病罕见，极易误诊。
