The invention discloses a high-viscosity high-foaming polyethylene paste resin PB 110-4 which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 16,000-19,000 parts of deionized water, 24,000-28,000 parts of vinyl chloride monomer, 960-1,400 parts of emulsion seeds, 720-1,120 parts of micro-suspension seeds, 175-215 parts of emulsifier, 0.32 part of activator, 5-8.5 parts of buffer agent, 20-50 parts of stabilizer and 25-50 parts of defoamer, wherein the vinyl chloride monomer comprises fresh vinyl chloride monomer and liquefied vinyl chloride monomer, and the weight ratio of the fresh vinyl chloride monomer to the liquefied vinyl chloride monomer is 1-2.5:1; the weight of the emulsion seeds is 4-5% of total amount of the vinyl chloride monomer; the weight of the micro-suspension seeds is 3-4% of total amount of the vinyl chloride monomer. The preparation technology of the paste resin comprises the temperature to be controlled at 55-60 DEG C and the adding sequence of all components. The high-viscosity high-foaming polyethylene paste resin PB 110-4 is high in viscosity and is particularly suitable for producing products including latex gloves, non-slip mats and yoga mats.
