EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA NA ESCOLA REGULAR DO ENSINO INFANTIL

portuguesO presente artigo tenta investigar e compreender se os estudantes com deficiencia sao realmente inclusos ou integrados nas escolas do ensino regular na educacao infantil e se os educadores estao preparados para receber estes estudantes. Utilizamos como procedimentos metodologicos uma pesquisa bibliografica com a literatura de teorias pertinentes ao tema e alguns sites cientificos, na qual a realizacao desta pesquisa nos possibilita constatar se a educacao inclusiva na escola regular tornou-se um direito social e cultural desencadeando-se no processo de educacao inclusiva para todos, deixando a desejar a verdadeira inclusao dos estudantes com deficiencia, tornando-os integrados no recinto escolar, no qual os educadores devem lutar para que as leis sejam realmente incluidas e nao somente integradas onde todos os estudantes tenham direito a uma escola regular de acordo com a sua necessidade. EnglishThe present article tries to investigate and understand if the students with deficiency are really included or integrated in the regular schools in their education and if the educators are prepared to receive these students. We used as methodological procedures a bibliographical research with the literature of theories which are pertinent with the theme and some scientific sites, in which the accomplishment of this research facilitates us to verify if the inclusive education in the regular school has become a social and cultural right unchaining in the process of inclusive education for everybody, not completely fulfilling the inclusion of students with deficiency, turning them integrated at the school´s space, in which the educators should fight for that the laws are really included and not only integrated, so that all the students have their right to a regular school according to their needs.
